These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DAN&P app and website operated by Manmauji Jivatma Pvt Ltd. ("Company", "we"). By registering or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must give correct name, mobile number and email address, and keep your email accessible because login uses an email OTP.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your login or let others use it.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Study content

The notes, videos and other material in the app are provided for your personal, non-commercial study only. They are educational material and are not medical advice or a substitute for professional training or treatment.

3. Prices and payments

• The price of each note is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you buy and includes the applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A note unlocks in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you were charged but the note did not unlock, contact us with your payment ID.
• We may change prices or add, change or remove content at any time. A price change does not affect notes you have already bought.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download, record, screenshot, photograph, share, resell or distribute the notes or videos;
• remove or tamper with the watermark on any page;
• share, sell or give your account to anyone, or try to bypass the app's security;
• use the app for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt or hack it.

5. Suspension and blocking

If we find a breach of these terms, suspected fraud or misuse, we may suspend or block your account. You will see a notice when you try to log in and we will email you the reason. Purchased content may become inaccessible while an account is suspended or blocked. If you believe this is a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

6. Intellectual property

All content, logos, names and design in the app belong to Manmauji Jivatma Pvt Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by law. Buying a note gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it in the app. It does not transfer any ownership.

7. Refunds

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep content accurate and the app available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the note concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
